Instruction of Use:

Windows Format:

First extract the zip or rar file. Then copy the skin and then paste (for example: myskin.vlt) to this location "C:\Program Files\VideoLan\VLC\skins" or go to "Tools>Preferences>Skins >skin file" then browse the skin that has .vlt extension.

Linux Format:

Not yet tested, click here.
